DAILY LOVE FROM HIM ABOVE

2 Kings 4:2 And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not anything in the house, save a pot of oil.

Every time God blessed someone, He didn’t do it until they were ready to give everything they had left. When I think about the world today, we are quick to complain about what we have los,t but sometimes we should shout about what we have left. God can use what you have left to give you more than what you started out with. And, this isn’t just about physical things. If you want to know how to handle things in your life, look at what you have been through. Most of the time when we ask for help, we know the answer, we just want to hear someone else say it. Sometime today, thank God for the people, the stuff, and the money that you still have left.

Living In God's Panic Room

Psalm 91 "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty."

While watching the movie, The Panic Room, I began to think of the actual functions of a panic room in a house. When their panic room was built in their home, there was nothing going on wrong at the time, but they prepared their home for a just-in-case emergency situation. So, in other words, they planned for the bad times, during the good times....like an ant prepares for the winter season during the summer.

When I read this scripture, I thought about "he that dwells in the secret place".... the secret place being your panic room. Therefore, when everything seems to go wrong, you don't have to look for that secret place, because you know where that place is already, you've dwelt in that place with the most high God. Because you've decided to abide under the shadow of God, you stay in that secret place with Him.

So, no matter how your day goes, how yesterday went, or how you think tomorrow will go, remember that you dwell in the secret place.....Whether today ends up like you thought it should have, always remember that God has the power and authority to turn your day around, to pick your feet up and place them on solid ground.

You don't have to look for him in the time of trouble because He's already there, because you've called on Him and prepared a place for Him before you needed Him.

When I was a young child we would play “hide n go seek” it didn’t take me long to realize that if you we inside somewhere to hide you wouldn’t see when people was coming for you but when you would just hide out in the shadows you could see who ever was looking for you because your eyes had gotten used to the darkness but they couldn’t see you. My word for you today is get in the secret place of the most high. When you feel like everything and everybody has looking to get you hide out in the shadow. Rest in His safety. Just to be Close to you

(Psalm 38:21)Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.

We are in a season right now where ever where we look things are moving apart Marriages , Families, Jobs no one wants to be with any one anymore but whenever one else has walked out I know one person I don’t want to leave. David said in the 38^th chapter I have done my wrong and I am sorry but God I know you mad but don’t go too far from me because I need you. And you reading this now stop and thank God that when you wanted to walk away from everything he didn’t walk away from you. Sometimes you have to sing to Him “Just to be Close to you GOD”.

When God tells us what we will be or where we are going in life it’s never the start that messes us up or the goal its always that journey. This is a word for those of that are in the middle of promise and paradise. When what’s in your head doesn’t look like what you had in your head. Keep going because you are bless and when you do make it to where God told you that you would be then remember to bless someone else.
