Don’t Ask Questions You Don't Want The Answers To
I don’t know when the transition took place, however, now it seems we have started being people of God that ask God for things and think that this great and mighty God has to do everything that we ask of Him. We ask God for things and when He answers with a "no", we act as if we have to go back and question our whole walk with Him.
What if God dealt with us on that same level? What if He stopped and said, "Well, I asked you give me the first tenth and you didn’t do it because you wanted to go shopping on Saturday, I need to rethink this 'waking you up' thing." What if God dealt with us like we deal with him? So, when you are praying to God, remember He said He would supply ALL of our needs. If you ask for something and He doesn’t give it to you or open a door for you to get it, then you must not have needed it.
